Search + Ctrl + D docked magnifier (to turn it off and on)
How to manually get to the setting:
1. At the bottom right, select the time. Or press Alt + Shift + S
2. Select Settings
3. At the bottom, select Accessibility
4. Select Display and magnification
5. Toggle Docked magnifier on and off
The image below shows an example of the docked magnifier enabled.
