Ctrl + Alt + Z ChromeVox (hit this key command again to turn it off)
Search + S Text-to-speak (click the X on the pop-up to turn off
How to manually get to the setting:
1. At the bottom right, select the time. Or press Alt + Shift + S
2. Select Settings
3. At the bottom, select Accessibility
4. Select Text-to-Speech
5. Under "Text-to-Speech", enable ChromeVox or Select-to-speak
*Text-to-speak settings can be adjusted in the Text-to-speak voice settings.
