Docked Magnifier:
1. hit the key command Alt+shift+s (this opens the menu, located on the shelf)
2. select the settings iconat the top of the menu
3. in the settings search bar look up docked magnifier
4. enabled docked magnifier will show on that page,
5. to the right of that select the on/off button (on is blue and off is white)
