My keyboard letters are mixed up when I type!

Try the following steps while you are signed into your Chromebook

1. Alt + Shift + S

2. Select the Gear icon to open settings

2. Select the option for Devices

3. Select Keyboard and inputs

4. Select Input settings

5. Make sure your Keyboard is on English(US)

If your keyboard is already in English(US), try this:

-Hold down the key command refresh + power for about 15 seconds. This will sign you out. Try signing back in!

If neither of these works, send the Chromebook to the Tech Department.
