Here are a few things you can try! 

Start at 1 and go through each step until one of them works. 

    

1. Check that both ports are working. 

        -If the left port is broken, send it in to Tech. We can fix that. We can't fix the right port.

2. Try a different charger.

        -If it IS the charger, send it in for Tech to replace

3. Try a different outlet.


4. Hit+ POWER  for 15 seconds while the Chromebook is plugged into a power source


If neither of these work, send the Chromebook to Tech.
