Resetting credentials for individual students
If your students enter in the incorrect credentials for their applications the first time they log in, teachers have the ability to update these passwords!
- Log in to the Clever Portal as the student's teacher
- Click Help a student from the right-side of the Portal
- Select the student who needs their credentials updated
- The system will suggest a Backup Code. Scroll to the bottom and click No
- Search for the application that needs to be updated
- The system will ask if the application is visible, select Yes
- Click Update Credentials or Reset Default credentials as desired
- Update the Saved Passwords credentials.
