Resetting credentials for individual students

If your students enter in the incorrect credentials for their applications the first time they log in, teachers have the ability to update these passwords!

1. Log in to the Clever Portal as the student's teacher 
2. Click Help a student from the right-side of the Portal 
3. Select the student who needs their credentials updated 
4. The system will suggest a Backup Code. Scroll to the bottom and click No 
5. Search for the application that needs to be updated
6. The system will ask if the application is visible, select Yes
7. Click Update Credentials or Reset Default credentials as desired
8. Update the Saved Passwords credentials.
